Mandatory Game Video Export. Very Important Instructions

REQUIRED BROADCASTING/ARCHIVING



Simple & mandatory broadcast, archiving, exporting instructions. Includes broadcasting on Twitch, to the final process of exporting to YouTube. This is required to simulate future opponent game planning. If neither party’s internet connection can not handle twitch, both coaches please post a brief topic in the game plan category of the forum please.


1. Register @ Twitch.tv


2. On pc, Twitch; settings > "Channel & Videos" tab > check "Archive Broadcasts".


3. Twitch; settings > "Connections" tab > "YouTube", click the check,

"Connect", fill in your YouTube username info. Your YouTube channel needs to be public.


4. On your XBOX ONE, search/download Twitch app, & set up your login info.


5. I like to wait until right before/after the kickoff to start broadcasting to prevent game freezing.


6. After done broadcast/game is over, go to Twitch.tv, your "Profile".


7. Click on past broadcasts, and then your new video.


8. Click the settings icon right below the video, and then click on "Upload".


9. Set your start & end time, then "Publish Video".


10. Fill out the next screen.


11. Click on the settings icon again, click on upload again.


12. Check-mark "Split the Video", then click purple "Upload to YouTube"

button.


13. It may only take 10 minutes to upload to YouTube.


•Just make sure your YouTube page is set to public, and your YouTube username is set in the YouTube field of your profile. You should be all set.



•Archived Twitch broadcasts will not last on Twitch forever. Could be up to max of only 4 days. Export to YouTube.



•25 made me wait to broadcast right after kickoff so it wouldn’t freeze.
